Nope! You can just bring in your computer to our shop, no appointment necessary. We operate on a first come first serve basis, but we do offer Rush Service if you need your computer back right away. We only need appointments for office/house calls.

For desktop computers, all you need to bring in is the Cabinet (cables, monitors, keyboards, and mouse are not needed). If it's an "All in One" computer with a built in screen we ask for the power plug.
For laptops, please be sure to bring in the charger. We do not need your laptop case.
Also, if you are having a problem with a specific device (ex. your computer speakers aren't working) please bring in that device.

If you bring in your computer to our shop, our basic diagnosis is FREE! We have you drop off your computer and we will call you with a diagnosis as soon as we can. We always start with the free basic diagnosis but if your issue requires work beyond that, you will be notified and we will do our best to give you an upfront cost of the diagnostic fee.

Yes, we are a full service laptop repair center. We can fix your laptop power jack if it is loose, replace dead laptop screens, and replace broken hinges, or any other serviceable parts. We can also order batteries, chargers, and anything else you may need.

Website design is important because it can impact the user's experience on the site, which can affect how long they stay on the site and if they return in the future. Good design can also help a site rank higher in search engine results, increase trust with visitors, and help to establish a brand identity.

Responsive design is an approach to web design where the layout and content of a website are optimized to display correctly on a wide range of devices, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. This is important because visitors may use different devices to access the site, and a responsive design ensures that the site is accessible and usable on all devices.

User experience (UX) design is the process of designing a website or application with a focus on enhancing the user's experience. This includes everything from the layout and navigation to the content and functionality. The goal of UX design is to create a seamless and intuitive experience for the user that meets their needs and expectations.

User interface (UI) design is the process of designing the visual elements and controls that users interact with on a website or application. This includes things like buttons, menus, and forms. The goal of UI design is to create a visually appealing and functional interface that is easy for users to understand and use.

CCTV is commonly used for security purposes, such as monitoring a property for intruders or keeping an eye on employees in a workplace. It can also be used for safety purposes, such as monitoring traffic or public spaces for potential hazards.

To set up CCTV, you will need cameras, a recording device (such as a DVR or NVR), cables or a wireless connection, and a monitor or viewing device.

You can view the footage from your CCTV system on a monitor or viewing device connected to the recording device. You can also view the footage remotely on a computer or mobile device using a network connection and the appropriate software or app.

There are many types of cameras available for CCTV, including dome cameras, bullet cameras, and PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) cameras. The type of camera you choose will depend on your specific needs and the location of the camera.

Both wired and wireless cameras have their pros and cons. Wired cameras tend to be more reliable and have a better signal, but they can be more difficult to install. Wireless cameras are easier to install, but they may have interference from other wireless devices and can be less reliable.

A DVR (digital video recorder) or NVR (network video recorder) is the device that records the footage from the cameras. A DVR is used for analog cameras, while an NVR is used for IP cameras.
